Consumer Complaint: I opened a XXXX/ XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card account in XX/XX/XXXX. There was no interest rates due that I was told. I was making timely payments on account until they XXXX XXXX on balance on account and never credit payments towards account. I have been disputing off and on since XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX now XX/XX/XXXX. I have sent proof of a letter from Sams Club crediting my account in the amount of {$770.00}. This is admitting they made a mistske on account. Otherwise they would never have credit my account. I also have a letter on the interest rates. They have made my credit XXXX by reporting a false report on my credit report. I am not able to get or do anything for three years. I need them to either correct my account or take their name off my credit report.
I also have a Walmart credit card by same bank. I have been making my payments on Walmart since I opened in XX/XX/XXXX never late. So this shows proof I do pay my bills. This company is violating the fair credit reporting act by reporting an account where XXXX XXXX XXXX have no paperwork to show the account.
