Consumer Complaint: I am in the process of trying to purchase a home, I spoke with a mortgage representative on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and they pulled my credit, on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I spoke with a credit repair specialist that deals with the mortgage company, after looking at all of my credit reports advised me of what I would need to take care off. On XXXX, I received a notification that Procollect Services Inc. had been added to my credit profile for a collections of {$2500.00} and that the credit file had been opened on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Since XXXX XXXX, I have been diligently working on my credit to attempt to correct it and I have been keeping a watch on my credit report since, not one time, was this ever placed on my credit report, I never received any telephone calls, emails or mail from this place.
