2. I have contacted the original creditor ( XXXX XXXX ) and could find no evidence of any sold balance for {$4000.00}, which is a violation of FDCPA 807 ( 2 ) ( a ) misrepresenting the character, amount, or legal status of a debt.
3. The information has been reported to XXXX credit bureau as a 1 month term account, which is an FDCPA violation. FDCPA 807 ( 2 ) ( a ) misrepresenting the character, amount, or legal status of a debt.
4. The information has been reported to XXXX credit bureau as a closed account when it should be reported as a collection account, which is another violation of FDCPA 807 ( 2 ) ( a ) misrepresenting the character, amount, or legal status of a debt.
5. Portfolio Recovery Assets has engaged in collection behavior that violates the Texas Finance Code Sec. 392.302, subsection 1 and subsection 4 by engaging in a large amount of repeated phone calls in which the caller does not identify themselves.
