Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting over $ XXXX in debt on all three of my credit reports. I contact the company on XXXX XXXX to get validation of the 6 debts and never received said information. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I sent another letter certified listing several items that I was looking for to validate the debts.In addition, I contacted both the original XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the XXXX XXXX XXXX to get clarity of the debts and they both said they did n’t have any debts in my name and when I asked about my daughter they could n’t find said information as well. State Collection Services sent me a itemized list of specific medical procedures and dollar amounts of said procedures that they list was supposed to have been preformed on my daughter when she was a minor. ( HIPPA Violation ) they never sent a signed copy of my alleged signature authorizing said procedures or agreeing to pay for these debts nor have the company provided something proving to me that they have permission to collect on said debt as the original creditors listed above states they never provided State Collection with debts nor my daughters personal information in which they have. I have never authorized a third party permission to look at nor receive personal information on my daughter nor myself.
