Left a VM saying, ” This is XXXX calling with XXXX XXXX an advocate for the XXXX County courts calling to notify you of your appearance date requested to be scheduled for this coming Friday, XXXX XXXX, 2017 at XXXX ( today is XXXX XXXX, 2017 ). As the XXXX XXXX, we do not hold the contents to your case. You must contact the filing party if you have any questions or concerns regarding your expected appearance. They can be reached at XXXX. Again, they should be able to answer any questions regarding the time, date and venue in which you are expected to appear. Thank you.XXXX is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a debt collection agency.
I called them to see about this matter and XXXX was being very rude and yelling at me because I was asking questions and did n’t want to pay her. She state that ” I hope you suffer. ” I just hang up on her. She stop calling for a day and now is calling all over again.
