Consumer Complaint: X/XX/16 advised original creditor i had been sick and lost job. i was advised that we could set up a more feasible plan to pay debt back. however, the account was closed despite verbal agreement we agreed upon and when I did speak with them to find out why i was advised the account was closed and would be handle by the collections department and since I did not know how to pay my bill my credit would be affected.
