Consumer Complaint: Caller from Simms Associate called two people with the same last name as mine stating I had warrants and that he would come to my physical address and shared with them my physical address Then he left voice mails. The voice on one message was the same as the voice of a Simms Associate who contacted me on a student loan that keeps changing lenders. The caller was very disturbing to the individuals whom used the information he gave them to come to my parent home! Calls from XXXX with the scare tactic and XXXX as a Simms Associate was the same guy they let me compare the voicemail to what I had on my phone.
