Consumer Complaint: This is a fradulant student loan consolidation company. When I signed up for the consolidation I was promised over the phone that if I consilidate with them that my loans would be relieved in 3 years. After a lot of research and talking to XXXX and XXXX I found out that im basically paying these people {$39.00} a month for them to do nothing ( all thry did initially was submitted me for PAYE, pay as you earn on XXXX ) and I signed a contract with them thinking I wouldnt have any more loans to pay in 3 years which is absolutely not true. I was misguided and being naive about the situation and they scammed me and now they are cold calling me, and my family ( I have no idea how they got my families information, my family lives in XXXX and I live in Hawaii ). I have terrible credit now because of this company but refuse to pay into this scam so do n’t know what to do, please help if you can, thanks!
