Allied Doc Prep – Consumer Complaint – January 8, 2018

Consumer Complaint Submission

Consumer Statement:

In 2016 I went into a financial crisis. With child and struggling to make ends meet I saw what seemed to be an opportunity of a lifetime. Allied doc offered student loan debt forgiveness for Milan institute students due to them being federally sued, and failing students with numerous promises. I then made the call. They were professional, guaranteed forgiveness, and emailed over a contract with a promise to pay 3 payments of 233.00 as I was on the phone the agency then rushed me into signing the contract assuring me that the documents were of what we discussed regarding forgiveness, and the payments id owe. The agency started the payments were for the time, and filling they’d need to do. In order to have someone buy off my loan (navient) I then became aware of the law suit against navient and made a call to allied doc which still seemed legal and professional. They assured everything was ok .I continued to get letters with a 0.00 amount owed after I completed all the payments they required. As of December 2017 I now have no way to reach them, and became aware that they are being sued. I now have my entire school balance that I owe. My credit has been affected. My kids have been affected. Many lives I’m sure are being affected. They promised a service and failed in the most drastic ways.

Consumer Action Taken:

I’ve attempted to call, however they’re suspended and phone calls are not being accepted. I’ve left a message on the bbb page with a complaint, and now I’m trying every possible way to fix this issue.
