Consumer Complaint: I was contacted by this law firm today XXXX17 in regards to an auto accident i was in they were attempting to collect a debt due for the damages to the other person, when i returned the call to the lady XXXX she asked how i was going to pay i advised XXXX that i could not pay that amount and i would need an extensive payment plan, XXXX then stated that i need to pay her 50 % which would be XXXX then 5 % which is {$1000.00}, i advised her that i can not afford to pay that upfront but i would be happy to pay her what i can afford until the balance is settled in full, she refused to accept anything lower and then attempted to bully me over the phone and threaten me to have my license revoked into scaring me into paying money i do n’t have, i then called back and requested a manager and another lady answered the phone who also became abrasive and a bully and refused to let me speak to a manager I will not be bullied by a debt collector or threatened into paying a debt.
