Consumer Complaint: After three attempts to provide me with a bed mattress that worked for me, XXXX XXXX agreed to issue a full refund for the purchases to the lending agency they offered to me.
I have been going around for several months between XXXXXXXX XXXX anXXXX XXXX XXXX about an unresolved credit refund issue.
XXXX XXXX says they issued it, XXXX XXXX says they never received it.
I get nowhere with either company and can not find anyone who can help me get the two communicating to resolve the issue.
I am receiving threatening letters from XXXX XXXX now about being turned over to a debt collection agency for a balance that XXXX XXXX says I do not owe.
I have never had even a blemish on my credit history before dealing with these two companies and I want some resolution.
