Consumer Complaint: I already filed a complaint previously the complaint ID XXXX. Against Receiveables Performance Management. According to them they are correctly reporting to the credit bureau and that XXXX enlisted them to collect a debt ( which was already paid to XXXX ) I contacted XXXX once again who has again stated that because I had a agreement to pay them and I paid as per our agreement they did not enlist Receivables Performance Management. One of these companies is in the wrong!!!!!! I had an agreement with XXXX to pay at a certain time and if I kept to this agreement no collection activites or action would take place! So if XXXX indeed contacted Receivables Performance then they are in the wrong and if they did not as they keep telling me then Receivables Performance is in the wrong. All I know is I kept my end of the agreement and next step is to seek legal advice! This is very deceptive and something is not right.
