Consumer Complaint: Dynamic Recovery solutions spoke to me about a debt I attempted to get the representative to email me information to make payments online, she refused this was on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. She wanted me to give her my cc or bank # to set it up automatically I told her I can go ahead and pay myself online she got upset and said collection activity will continue and to call her back when I was ready to give my information over the phone. I received another call the same day at XXXX from my understanding if they spoke to me and I requested information in writing that should be sufficient in a day. I feel harassed and disrespected at the fact that im willing to make my own payments and they wont allow me to unless they get my bank information
