Consumer Complaint: A debt company called XXXX XXXX reported a claim to my credit report, and kept calling me repeatedly with alleged debt, I sent a letter asking for validation of the debt, which should under my rights of FDCPA include 1. The agreement bearing my signature stating that I have agreed to assume the debt 2. Proof of statute of limitations that has not expired 3. Agreement with the creditor that authoritezed them to collect on this alleged debt and a few more, in repose to my letter to proof validation of debt this company only sent a screen shot of there computer screen which does n’t included anything I asked and not does it validate the debt, they also sent me a list of states they are able to collect and my state was not one of them, I called the number provided XXXX to ask why they did n’t send the proper documentation, they kept transferring me from agent to agent after about 5 transfers and no answers to my question I asked for a manager and I was denied, and I kept getting talked to in inappropriately and hangued up on. This Company needs to find ways to better assist consumers.
