Consumer Complaint: IC System Inc is reporting a collection account for XXXX. They show on the credit report that the account opened in XXXX of XXXX. This is inaccurate and misleading. Any account I had with XXXX would have to have been years and years ago not 2 months ago. IC System Inc is re-aging the account which is a violation of FCRA Section 605 ( c ).
IC System never attempted to validate this debt before reporting it. I disagree that I owe anything. They have never made any contact with me and I have lived at same address for 8 years. This is a violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b )
