Consumer Complaint: Solomon & Solomon are attempting to collect a debt in which I ‘ve asked for documents that I still have not received. I ‘ve asked for them to show me that they are licensed in my state to collect a debt. I ‘ve also asked them to send me documentation that shows that I owe them for the debt they allege that I owe to them even though I have never done business with them. I ‘ve asked for them to send me the assignment of the debt to prove that they are the ones to pay any debt they claim I owe. I want to see payment history on this account to prove that the amount they say I owe is correct. I have not received this to this day even though these are my rights according to the FDCPA.
