Consumer Complaint: I went to a XXXX XXXX to buy a car. I came to find out the salesperson used deceptive and fraudulent tactics to obtain the sell which caused personal and credit damages to me. I do n’t have the means to pursue them finically so I have never filed anything against them.

I was initially denied the car because of my credit, even with my mother cosigning. The following day the salesperson called me said he found a way to get me approved. So I went to the dealership to sign the papers and drive off in my car. When I got my first bill for the car the statement it was far from what I and the sale person agreed upon. I took a look at the papers they gave me and my personal info was incorrect and the price was incorrect. I came to find out the salesperson change letters around in my name and added false info to me and my mother applicant to get me approved. I called the finical company and told them the situation. I asked to return the car but the operator could n’t give me a straight answer on how the process worked. I got frustrated and hung up and called to get another operator, I told the operator the same situation and that I could n’t afford the car and the information was false. I would just like to return the car to the dealership, the person threating that I would still have to pay for the balance left of the car even tho I did n’t make one payment and the sale person add fraudulent information to my application. After not paying a payment on the car eventually, the repo person came and pick the car up. I thought the situation was taken care because I did n’t hear from them after they came and got the car. I recently notice info on my credit as well they have taken legal action against my mother.
