Consumer Complaint: I ‘m sorry to say I don ; t have the exact date I purchased a wireless home phone from XXXX but it was in 2016. It came with a 14 day return policy no questions ask, so, because of low quality performance on the equipment I decided to return it within 7 days, remember I had 14 days to return it. So I took it in to the XXXX store here in XXXX, tx only to here them say I would owe a restock fee, that ‘s strange because at the time I made the purchase the sales person never once mention a restock fee, I informed them of this fact but they insisted that I owed the restock fee. The said it was in the paper work but they neglected to inform me of this. They became rude and started calling me trying to collect this restock fee but I refused because of their neglect to inform me.
So now XXXX has turned it over to a company called Convergent XXXX XXXX the account number is ….
XXXX I had already been in the hospital with a XXXX issue going on and did n’t need this kind of non sense. Now they ( Convergent ) has reported this to XXXX FICO 8 score further damaging my report. I want this non sense removed from my report.
Thank you in advance for your help, I have herd you guys are great with helping people resolve issues.
Thanks XXXX
