Consumer Complaint: The company name is XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX The original company is XXXX XXXX /XXXX XXXX.
This account has been given away twice again with no correspondence to me at all XXXX has called me over and over and over and always from a different number I had a XXXX XXXX call me over and over again with out leaving a company name or what it was in regards too. They called again XX/XX/XXXX and this time it was a XXXX XXXX Got me on the call with XXXX. He was a fast talker, VERY RUDE and hung up on me 3 times with no information yelled at me and was very disrespectful. I apparently had a debt with a pay day loan company and I was trying to explain to them I had no knowledge He would n’t give me any info and said it was up to me to prove it and he was n’t sending me ANYTHING. So I called back 3 times and finally got someone to give me the answers apparently they were sending mail to not only an old address but the current address they had was incomplete no apt number so I never received any correspondence. I called the pay day loan place and they sold the account, to these people I called again today and was met with such disrespect. I let them know I spoke to the pay day loan people and they let me know what was going on and I explained that from XXXXcurrent I have been a XXXX patient and that is why I had not been making payments, missing work, and paying bills on the little I had. XXXX began again to cut me off not listen and also told me I was using my XXXX as a crutch. No sir It was being used in my explanation. He was demeaning and disrespectful and wanted ME to apologize to him!!!! all while talking over me! for what for asking what they were calling for, for asking what this was about, for asking for proof!!!! I made an arrangement with them after he said they could split it over 3 months which he could have just told me yesterday. I asked to speak to a supervisor and it was a disaster no listening told me XXXX had nothing to do with this debt. Which I understand. But to tell me my illness is a crutch when I am working every day is an insult then XXXX saying ” I have people in my family that have XXXX ” does n’t make it better. HE needs to be dismissed He is rude. Talks over you and when I asked to listen to the recording they had of me ” cursing them out ” he would n’t cooperate. So Lawyers will be getting involved for slander and defamation of character for something that did not happen on XX/XX/XXXX. He also said today that my XXXX had nothing to do with the loan and asked me if I had XXXX why was I so mean and rude. Well sir I called you all 6 times yesterday and out of the 6 I was hung up on at least 3-4 times so that recording you have of me calling on XX/XX/XXXX needs to be heard so that they understand how they treat their customers. He was quick to say see you in court. Without OFFERING A SETTLEMENT OR EXPLAINING ANYTHING. Never been so disrespected in my life.
XXXX stated XX/XX/XXXX ” I am not sending you anything ” yelling at me the whole time said by denying I knew about the debt I was insulting him and his company and said I cursed at them on XX/XX/XXXX which I did not. He said the call was recorded. Someone needs to listen to those phone calls where I had to call back multiple times just to be hung up on and then he said I hung up on them!!! No I did not at all and the recordings will prove that.


XXXX needs to apologize, Someone needs to listen to the ” recordings ” he has of me being hung up on 3 or more times. I never cursed anyone out. He is condescending and very rude. Today was the last straw. They either need to cut my payments in half or Dismiss XXXX, XXXX, and the Supervisor I spoke to. When you call all you hear is the radio in the back ground and before you can speak the receptionist hangs up on you the number I dialed was XXXX also XXXX also the call came from XXXX I have been ran through the ringer with them and they were NOT friendly and put me in a category with people that do no pay bills. I spoke to the loan place and they did say I was making constant payments and they just stopped. Reason being I was in and out the hospital and when you have an illness such as I do your mind is usually focused on NOT XXXX! BUT, per XXXX that has nothing to do with anything.
