Consumer Complaint: This company I am complaining about is called XXXX XXXX. I make monthly payments to them. Unfortunately, due to unexpected expenses I was not able to make my XX/XX/XXXX payment of {$27.00}. I have been on time previous to that. So, a late charge of {$36.00} has been added to my account which I was aware would happen and planned to pay what the amount due is on XX/XX/XXXX which is when I get my next XXXX check. They started calling me on XX/XX/XXXX. I called them on XX/XX/XXXX and explained my situation and told them when I can make a payment. The man I talked to was aggressive and kept interrupting me. But, he finally said he would note my account when I will make a payment. Well, the calls have continued twice a day and they even sent emails. I unsubscribed from emails but the phone calls continue. And, when I have answered the system hangs up on me. Sometimes a recorded msg is left on my voicemail and sometimes it hangs up when my voicemail is activated. They are using up cell phone minutes in addition to harassing me.
