Consumer Complaint: Easy Money XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TN XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I got an Pay Day Loan at Easy Money, I ended up in the hospital, and I was not able to pay my balance, of XXXX. I received an phone call stated that if I do n’t pay {$300.00} I will be getting arrested, and have to pay court fees.

The company name that called me said they are working for Easy Money, was collection, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA. XXXX XXXX Office Phone Number, and Fax Number : XXXX.

Once the money was paid, I did not get an paid in full receipt, and when I called back to Easy Money XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TN XXXX.
Company Phone ( XXXX ) XXXX.

Easy Money does not have an account number showing that this account was paid in full. When I called to confirm payment, the person answering the phone kept hanging up the phone on me.
It ‘s not showing on my credit report that it ‘s paid. After I made payment with pre-credit card XXXX last 4 numbers on credit card. payment XXXX.
The payment was done over the phone, they refused to take payment by mail.

I paid with pre-paid credit card, and I did not receive an statement to show that this money was paid to Easy Money for Pay Day Loan.

I request assistance in resolving this matter.
