Consumer Complaint: In around XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX I was XXXX years old and living with my parents and I was forced to sign a lease contract in which under California law that ‘s a violation.
XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had me sign the lease contract online by force and if I would n’t sign the lease I would n’t be allowed to live with my parents.
My parents did n’t know and I told them, but we need it apartment and we did n’t say much or else we would n’t have a place to live.
I have filed many complaints against XXXX XXXX XXXX and collection company Fair Collections and Outsourcing XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, MD.XXXX.XXXX.
My credit scores and credit is destroyed because of XXXX XXXX XXXX, Collections and Attorneys forcing me to pay {$3700.00}.
My Dad XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Military Veteran and XXXX and XXXX file a Federal Bankruptcy Chapter XXXX in XXXX, Texas and debt of {$3700.00} that was his was included in the bankruptcy.Federal Judge discharged Bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX, Filed case # XXXX My mom XXXX XXXX and my sister XXXX XXXX should n’t be liable for debt as my dad was the wage earner and primary leasr on XXXX XXXX XXXX Contract.
I am been Retaliated and Discriminated because I am XXXX and also my mom and sister.
All our credit is been destroyed because of the Retaliations against us as XXXX.
XXXX, XXXX and XXXX has collections of debt of {$3700.00}.
Me and my sister was high school students back around XX/XX/XXXX -XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX.
My mom had a low wage job. My Dad was employed by XXXX XXXX XXXX in California where he had high XXXX My dad had to retired from XXXX XXXX XXXX with a XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX.
I can not succeed in life without excellent credit.
