Consumer Complaint: Citibank I disputed this account about charges that they told me they was going to look into. I call time after time and they told me some one would get back with me.
I wrote and disputed this account with 3 letters before it was turn over to collection and disputed it with no follow up on there part and mailed 2 letters disputing the account. And was talk to crazy on the phone and threating me to pay them XXXX XXXX.
I ‘m also being talking to some one of my legal rights rather to sue and show documents to the account or resolve it.
