Consumer Complaint: The company is trying to collect debts they claim are mines and refuses to send enough information I requested so I can move forward to settle the debts if they are mines. I fax the two times. and wrote complaints two times on cfpb to resolve the problem hoping they will comply with me threw this site. Still, the refuses to do so. to my knowledge the debts are not, mines and they may remove the debts they can not provide more information about from my credit report NOW. they have flagged the account on all three bureaus as like this is a game damaging a person credit for something the refuse to provide when the documents the original creditors gave them are sitting on their desk. The told me to go and actually do a run around for something they can scan, print and mail out or reply to my complaints on XXXX. I am injured and I have told them that. The place they claim I have look it up and it is out of my county. Again I will dispute this with the credit bureaus with the same documents requested. they have 30 days to send me those documents so I can handle my the debts are trying to collect if it is true it is mines. They are the ones reporting it to my credit report and they are the only ones to remove it from my credit files. Also they can provide me a contract signed with the original creditor stating that I will pay the debts. And the last statements from the originals creditors showing the dates and how the amounts are total. the amounts XXXX are trying to collect has the same amount {$980.00} for three accounts. I want the to make me believe the debts are mine. Sorry for the hard time but im not paying for something that is not mines. Thank you.
