Consumer Complaint: My complaint is about ARS- Account Resolution, XXXX, amount {$800.00} they are reporting two different debts with two different dates that has not been validated. I never received validation on this debt, not verification. This was actually removed off my Credit. Report last year and placed back own my credit report which is illegal. I will be contacting the FDCPA is this is not removed from my credit report. It was proven that they could not validate the date and was removed.
