Consumer Complaint: Recieve 3 to 4 calls a day from Penn credit cor # XXXX while we at work. Called XXXX and I finally answered the phone VM instantly says ” if you are the person press 1 ” never said a name. I hung up and called them back, got a young lady on the phone, who wanted me to give her my info., she did state that we are on a recorded line, but never gave me her name. wanted my address, gave her a fake address cause I KNOW I DO NOT OWE anyone — my bills are paid on time and if not on time EARLY! Gave her my real address and she stated that neither was on file and that they would remove my number. however, i got into an argument with the rep., and do not trust this company especially with all the reviews posted.
