Consumer Complaint: This company has filed a derogatory mark against my credit for a charge with no basis and without ever contacting me. This was done with malice and negligence. Another company had contacted me regarding the same charge and, after discussing it with them, they stated that it was settled. ERC clearly made little or no attempt to contact me. Nor did they perform due diligence on verifying the charge.

The mark against my credit appeared on XXXX/XXXX/18. The amount supposedly owed was {$350.00} for cancelling XXXX XXXX ( I did not cancel XXXX XXXX ).
