Consumer Complaint: Around the end of XXXX. I think around XX/XX/XXXX. I got served twice in the same month. I got served at home. For two alleged credit card debts from XXXX XXXX. Johnson Mark LLC is the debt collector and they told my attorney that I am being sued for the two alleged debts. They also told my attorney they were hired by XXXX XXXX to represent them. They still state that XXXX XXXX owns the alleged debt and are just acting on XXXX XXXX ‘s behalf.

First alleged XXXX XXXX amount is {$2700.00} and the other is {$4800.00}.

If Johnson Mark states they were hired by XXXX XXXX directly then why these two alleged debts were with two different debt collectors before? On XX/XX/XXXX got a debt collector statement from XXXX XXXX and the other alleged debt got a debt collector statement from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX.

On XX/XX/XXXX my attorney send out XXXX requests to Johnson Mark LLC. Proving they have the rights and truly own the alleged debts. What I have attached is what they sent my attorney as a response.

This is very troubling for my wife and I. We are not experienced with the whole legal system. It is causing us high stress in our daily lives.
