Consumer Complaint Submission

Date Received: 2017-12-10T00:00:00

Product: Federal student loan servicing

Issue: Dealing with your lender or servicer

Consumer Consent Provided to Share Complaint: Consent provided

Consumer Complaint: There are anywhere from 30 to 40 loans listed with late payments on my credit report. My loan has gone from XXXX XXXX to Navient/XXXX XXXX XXXX and now, since I am a XXXX, XXXX will be managing my loan as part of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. I no longer have any understanding or control of my credit or a signed contract to reference all that is happening to my credit as a result of my students loans completely overwhelming my credit profile and the poor servicer management of it ; however, the Fair Credit Reporting Act prorects me and allows me to know exactly why something is being reported on my credit. As a result, I am demanding that XXXX XXXX/Navient/XXXX XXXX XXXX send me VERIFIABLE PROOF as to every single late that is being reported on my credit profile. If this can not be provided, as afforded by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, every single loan on my profile must show as current. As a XXXX year old XXXX approaching an early retirement to care for my sick mother, I need this completed immediately.
