Consumer Complaint: A few years ago I noticed that I had 120 day late payments on my credit report from student loans while I was still attending school. I contacted my servicers for years about these late pays and inaccurate reporting ‘s. It was n’t until earlier this year that I had even been told about the Forgiveness payment income plan. Navient refuse to work with me on multiple occasions after I had graduated and was enrolled to start my XXXX XXXX XXXX at another college but was waiting for the start date but because my end date with XXXX XXXX and my beginning date with XXXX XXXX University was outside of six month. They also started marking my loans late again even though they seen I was getting ready to go to school and told them I had no income and they refused to fix my credit report. For years now I have had to pay higher interest rates or been denied credit due to these late pace or inaccurate reporting ‘s not to mention I was never informed of the income payment plan until a friend of mine told me about it. I also just became aware of the XXXX XXXX College lawsuit for students like myself who were crowhurst into attending school there being told that are credits we ‘re good credits and transferable to other schools and then they were not {$28000.00} later I had went to school for 4 years for a XXXX XXXX that never really existed.
