Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX. We bought airline thickets for my wife and myself for XX/XX/XXXX.
For {$420.00} and {$430.00} from XXXX XXXX.
The flight was at XXXX XXXX
We arrived at XXXX We had the tickets on my wife ‘s phone.
We prepare to get online for boarding like the rest of the people. But then we noticed that our thickets were block. It wo n’t open. So coud n’t board.
I call the boarding desk and were told that they wo n’t allow us in that flight. That another flight was available the next day for additional {$500.00}.
To us did n’t sound it fair.
They overbooked!
Then a week later they open our phone telling us to go boarding in XXXX XXXX Nevada airport!
Of course we were in XXXX Texas in our home!
I told our bank Bank Of America not to pay.
We explain everything that happened.
But ignoring our wishes.
On XX/XX/XXXX they pay XXXX XXXX.
I have called Federal Trade Commission Governor XXXX XXXX of Texas XXXX XXXX XXXX this frivolous charges Thank you.
