My credit improved. ByXX/XX/XXXX, my credit score was raised from XXXX to XXXX.

In XX/XX/XXXX this debt from Citibank reappeared in default, and my score suddenly plummeted to XXXX.

Why is this being reported now? Either Citibank is mistaken or XXXX has violated the FDCPA.
