Consumer Complaint: There were charge offs applied to my credit score that I was n’t notified about after i made payment arrangements with paying off my balances. I told the company during a time of financial hardship that I would be able to pay off the balances within a couple months. The called my job, even hired debt collectors and lawyers to constantly call me while I was at work even after i told them they would need to stop. This is getting ridiculous and I would like both of these companies questioned based upon their collections attempts and not respecting the time window i ‘ve asked to contact me by. Due to the constant calls at work and on my office phone and constantly on my cell phone ( which I used for personal clients ) during work hours I was given a poor review and had to leave my job and resign.
