Consumer Complaint: I have contacted XXXX multiple times to see how I can repay back my loans because the payment was too high for me to afford with a low paying job. I offered to pay the interest for a few months until I can figure out how to repay them. I also paid {$500.00}, {$600.00} a month every month for quite some time. They refused to work with me. They refused to take into account the few hundred dollars I was sending them every month. And then I went into deferment, got a lawyer and now currently in the process of declaring bankruptcy, to buy me time to figure out how to pay these loans back. Today I received papers stating I am being sued by XXXX. I really dont know where to go from here.
