Consumer Complaint: I was called by XXXX XXXX and told me that he called my job trying to collect on Student Loan debt and that ‘s why he called my job that I just started less than two months ago. I told him he should n’t have called my job because we are n’t allowed to get personal calls at my job unless it ‘s an emergency. He said he was allowed to call my job and I told him it was against the law to call anyone ‘s job about a debt and that he could have gotten me fired from my job. He was rude and did n’t let me talk and would not allow me to deferr my student loans because I had just started working there.
