Consumer Complaint: To Whom It may Concern, This spring I submitted my paperwork for the Public Service Forgiveness Program. I have been employed full-time by XXXX XXXX since XXXX.

First I worked for the XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX until XXXX XXXX. Then I started working for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX ( no gap between employment between XXXX and XXXX XXXXXXXX ) where I am still employed today.

The loan paid for my degree in XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). I graduated in XXXX of XXXX. I never missed a payment. I was never told that my monthly payment amount was insufficient for repayment in this program. When I called my servicers to verify, they stated that I would qualify for public service loan forgiveness because the loan was a direct federal loan through XXXX.

XXXX is my current servicer.

I received a letter in XXXX of XXXX from XXXX XXXX/U.S. Department of Education referencing account number XXXX XXXX XXXX. This letter verified my qualifying employment – but categorized 100 % of my student loan payments as non-qualifying. They wanted me to make 120 more payments on this loan and try again in XXXX.

I have XXXX XXXX in college now – this is impacting my ability to support them.

If you have any questions, please contact me at XXXX.
