Consumer Complaint: This is a XXXX XXXX XXXX. When my son first graduated we tried to lower the payments from the {$700.00} and they said sorry there is nothing they could do. We borrowed XXXX – paid back {$42000.00} since 2011. Now that it is default they want {$85000.00}. Paid in Full – charging {$14000.00} in Collection costs. I would never recommend borrowing from XXXX XXXX. I would like to know if there is anything that can be done about this outrages interest and penalties.
