Consumer Complaint: In mid XXXX a company called Premier Student Loan Center contacted me and told me about a loan forgiveness program. They stated that this program would forgive all my loans but that I would need to pay them XXXX for four months (XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX) and then just XXXX monthly for 240 months and the rest would be forgiven. They stated that this program was going to be dissolved in XXXX but that anyone who joined now could be grandfathered in. They asked for some paperwork to be signed which cannot now be accessed because the link expired. They changed my fasfa password which I now have changed again. They stated that I would not have a loan payment but that I was to pay them monthly fee to process all the documents needed. I have since found out that this is a scam and a company is not needed to process any documents. I made all four payments of XXXX but have since reported them to my credit card bank and stopped any future payments.

We now have 10 days to make any changes to your consolidation if you wish to remove or add loans.
