Consumer Complaint: Disputed Same collection Account/ Amount from creditor with a diffrent collection agency ( XXXX ) already.

All major credit bureaus removed derogatory mark from my credit report a year ago.

Now new collection agency attempt to collect asking to settle and harassing me.

Why is it possible for the creditor to continuously send my information to other collection agency if account has been previously disputed/closed and they have full acknowledgement of that?? Who is responsible and how is this fair to the consumer ( me )??
