Also, I have been threated that in 30 days they will seek to make a judgement on debt that does not belong to me. I understand that they are looking to offer me a settlement. However, I do not believe the validity of such debt accusation. Furthermore, I will not be limited to the action of court threats when I did not receive any notice of debt based on communication. The amount is {$880.00} from MBNA which was acquired by Bank of America in 2006. I do not claim debt.
