Consumer Complaint: This Company Valley Collection Serv is attempting to collect a DEBT that I DONT OWE!!
they are letting someone else who is occupying the address XXXX XXXX XXXX use my name for their utility service!! I have written them a letter and tried to get this handles and fixed they have failed to fix it and are still reporting the inaccurate and false information on my credit report.
I have not lived at the previous address. I have not been using their utility service, I asked them to provide me with legal proof that this is my debt and they have failed, all they sent me was the amount owed!
