Consumer Complaint: I received an email from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX saying that ” delinquency exists on the student loans you endorsed ”.

I received the email the morning of XX/XX/XXXX and immediately called XXXX XXXX to inquire what this could be about, as all of my student loans are on autopay. XXXX XXXX services my two private student loans for American Education Services ( AES ) and XXXX. My loans under XXXX and AES are both on autopay each month for {$690.00} ( total ).

I then called AES to see if they had any information on my ” delinquency ”. Essentially, AES is billing my co-signer each month IN ADDITION TO THE PAYMENTS I ‘M ALREADY PAYING, without my knowledge. When I called, I found out that my co-signer is paying my ” outstanding balance ” of {$6.00} each month, which I should NOT have in the first place.

Neither AES nor XXXX XXXX has their information straight and can not give me a clear answer. When I asked XXXX XXXX why they sent me a delinquency notice, they replied that they ” do n’t know ”.
