Consumer Complaint: Loan Date Amount of Loan XX/XX/XXXX {$12000.00} XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Many calls were made to Navient to have them explain how the Unpaid interest and Unpaid fees were calculated. In addition, the request for how the accrued interest was also calculated. During this time payments of interest were paid and sometimes additional money was sent to reduce the principal. I was unable to identify how the interest and additional payments were applied. On occasion the difference was rolled into the principal.. I have analyzed each of the accounts from inception of the loan and I am unable to account for roughly {$25000.00} that of payments that were made. As of this day the loans have been satisfied through another company. I am having a hard time getting the pay off letters that state that the loan has been fully satisfied and the amount that was paid off. I am aware that Navient is involved in a class action suit and I would like to be included in this suit based on my research.
