Consumer Complaint: I received a notice from NAVIENT DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION LOAN SERVICING dated XXXX XXXX, 2017 about a loan consolidation loan program.
I believe that NAVIENT is a debt collector trying to misrepresent that they are licensed and have the right to offer such consolidation program without notification that I have the right to dispute such an alleged debt in it ‘s entirety. I have no knowledge and consent to contract to such debt collector without disclosure of the nature of their business and authorities to offer such loan program.
