Consumer Complaint: I have been in contact with Navient to attempt to get on IBR to repay my student loans, but I ‘ve been given the run-around. I was on a $ XXXX/month payment plan for a year to get the loans out of default, but the payments did not get the loan out of default and no one has been able to tell me who has posession of my loans now. Every department I call tells me to call the other department that I previously called and they keep passing me off. I need help 1 ) obtaining the information regarding who has the loans, 2 ) obtaining information about the amount owed, and 3 ) getting on an Income Based Repayment ( IBR ) plan to pay the loans off.
