Consumer Complaint: I have been forwarded from XXXX to Navient for my loan service and it seems the information was transferred incorrectly. They have it noted that I am to pay loans ( XXXX ) for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX back which was taken out on X/XX/2007. The issue is, I did not attend XXXX in 2007. I was attending XXXX XXXX University. They have it incorrectly listed ( which leads me to wonder what else is wrong ) but I called them to have it fixed before I started paying on the loans. I spoke with someone and was forwarded to a hold where it said I had a minute wait. After waiting 20 minutes on hold, I finally hung up and called again. After explaining the situation and possible resolution to the lady I spoke with multiple times, she said to hold for her supervisor, then came back on the line and hung up on me. I just need this resolved and have been working way to hard to fix this and they ‘ve made it nearly impossible to work with. I have spent the greater half of my work morning on this. They have no email address to contact if there ‘s an issue and it seems like they always have a ” poor connection ” via phone.
