Consumer Complaint: Select Portfolio Servicing has alleged that there is a contract between parities, within this complaint there is no contract. We have made multiple attemps to resolve this issue with the CFPB and other agencies and now have filed a lawsuit against XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Select Portfolio Servicing and all other banks involved. The CFPB stated that ” We also entered your complaint into the Consumer Sentinel Network, a secure online database operated by the Federal Trade Commission. Civil and criminal law enforcement authorities worldwide, including Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigators, use the Consumer Sentinel Network to identify questionable business practices that may lead to investigations and prosecutions ”. This is a great idea to bring about prosecutions using the RICO act, due to the continuous illegal tactics and communications to collect a debt that has been proven to be created by identity theft. SPS continues to re-send the same documents that have been proven to be forgeries. They also seemed to have created new documents, and alleged without varification to have a contract with the property owners, but when ask of the contract, they have not produced such contract and or have placed this situation to higher investigations. No affidavits, no witnesses, and no officer signs off on the the alleged documents wherein its just made up accounting and numbers, with no proof of a contract. They state that they are follwing the law, but make no mention of what laws they follow. It is assumed and believed that they SPS are a foriegn agency and are illegally attempting to collect fraudulent debts within the USA. Having an address or a location in the USA doesnt make you a company within the USA, they have simply just got or aquired a name and are attempting to sieze properties within the USA as outside agencies or fraudulent companies.
