Consumer Complaint: I HAVE CONTACTED XXXX SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THE INACCURACY OF THE STUDENT LOAN THAT ARE REPORTING AND THE ACCOUNTS THAT ARE NOT MINE!!! I HAVE SENT THEM NUMEROUS OF CERTIFIED LETTERS WITH ALL THE INFORMATION THEY ASKED FOR TO VERIFY THAT ITS NOT MINE AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO REMOVE THE INFORMATION!! I SENT MY ID, SSC, BANK STATEMENTS,, ETC. AND STILL NO RESOLVE. I SENT LETTER AFTER LETTER STARING FROM YEARS AGO WHEN THE FIRST ACCOUNTS WAS REVEALED AND THEN I SENT LETTERS IN XXXX AND AGAIN IN XXXX AND STILL NOTHING. I JUST DID N’T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO UNTIL I HEARD ABOUT CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU.
