Consumer Complaint: I notified NAVIENT and its debt collectors to not contact me and to have all communication with attorney XXXX XXXX. I provided an address and telephone number to NAVIENT and they continued contacting me at my job and on my cell phone. They contacted me in XX/XX/XXXX after NAVIENT was notified by me and Attorney XXXX XXXX VIA phone call in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX NAVIENT and its debt collectors were notified via email to only communicate with Attorney XXXX about this fraudulent loan. They disregarded the request and continued contacting me. The last attempt to communicate with me was in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke with a vile and rude young lady and again informed not to contact me and to only contact attorney XXXX XXXX and XXXX continued calling. XXXX XXXX XXXX made several calls to my cell phone in violation of the no contact request. The NAVIENT
