Consumer Complaint: I have received unwarranted collection for ( 2 ) student loans from XX/XX/XXXXthe company NAVIENT says it bought because we did not include in our CHXXXX bankruptcy plan which was just discharged in last 30 days. How convenient, what a predatory company this is.
I have paid all student loans and do not owe any which is why it was not part of the plan.
They have sent several mailers with pay stubs and terms which show the last month of approved forbearance making this seem real but in fact nothing about this is real!
I have in last 3 years pulled ( 2 ) parent loans through XXXX XXXX XXXX for my children college loans which would not be possible if I still owed on the same student loan program.
Company: Navient Solutions, LLC.
